Ocean Paddling around the Globe!
In readiness for tomorrow's arrival of several thousand magazines, I've just finished sticking address labels to envelopes so that we can dispatch the magazine as soon as the British Royal Mail workers finish their current 24 hour strike.
I was amazed at the number of countries to which subscription copies of the magazine will be sent - all recieved before we'd even produced the first issue.
As well as all corners of the UK, we already have magazines going to France, Denmark, Sweden, the US, Italy, the Netherlands, Ireland, Norway, Iceland, Australia, Germany, Argentina, Canada, Finland and Spain.
The other thing that struck me was the how many names I recognised from the many subscribers that have already taken up our offer. Many of the names, I've never met, but have heard of, or read their blogs, etc.
The world is getting smaller all the time..
