When will my subscription commence?
Subscriptions commence with the next magazine to be published, after we receive your subscription details. For details of publication dates, please look here.

PayPal has told me my subscription has been cancelled, why is this?
When we first started taking subscriptions online, we initially used PayPal subscription services. PayPal subscriptions are set up in such a way that they will take future payments when the subscription comes up for renewal. If between subscribing and the renewal payment being taken your credit/debit card associated with your PayPal account expires, then PayPal sends out a message telling you your subscription has been cancelled.

In reality, it hasn't, what PayPal has cancelled is the renewal, when your current subscription expires. Don't worry, we'll write to you nearer the time to let you know it's time to renew!

I've changed my address, what should I do?
Let us know, via email or post, what your new address is, and we'll change it on our records as soon as we receive it.

Please note though, that we send our mailing list to our printers several weeks in advance of the magazine being sent, so although we might have received your change of address, it might have been to late for the next issue.
